The school is open to young students interested in fundamental questions, particularly in how to think about space and time in light of quantum physics. The lessons will introduce the general concepts of loop quantum gravity, its roots in general relativity, and the key techniques and recent results in the field—from black hole physics (entropy counting, singularity resolution) and cosmology (big bounce scenarios, cosmological perturbations), to its interaction with quantum information (entanglement entropy and spacetime subregions) and the possibility of tabletop experiments (measuring gravity-mediated entanglement).
